Gained 2 lbs this weekend. All day Baseball tournament w/Zoe, went out to eat for lunch, ate crap breakfast and then Went out for pizza on Saturday and was at the Bears game on Sunday...
Need to get back on track...I was at 214 lbs, a few days ago. I don't understand why it is so hard to lose weight but so easy to put it back on. I need to keep telling my self FOOD or FAMILY.
Turned my alarm on for 4:00 am tomorrow to get up and exercise. I have to do this!!
