I AM -FATWARRIOR- HERE ME ROAR! meow...
fatWarrior? Yes, I and my muscles are in all out war to kick fats A$$ outta our system. Yes I refereed to my muscles in the third but they are my buddies and I'm building my army DUN DA DUN DUN DUN! (KETTLE DRUMS)
OK, it's my fatsecret too ri? yeah, so I can post in my journal what I need or want, to maybe help as that's why I'm here, to help anyone that may find anything I say helpful and or have a laugh... sense of humor required.
The rest? Well them folks peter out rather quickly, And sorry if it offends anyone, for you, not me... please stop reading now, buh bye.

SO I WEIGHED IN TODAY! 175 & HOLDING,Before I UH BM'd?
Now I'm 174 LOST A POUND! OF FAT ? MUSCLE?
( FYI, I weigh in my birthday suit to be accurate and check for any dog hair that may be on the added to the scale before hand)
Now, i don't use the scale as much as I use the tape, I'm not trying to lose weight so much as gain muscle , displace fat for lean muscle...
Which is why I'm I'M saying TO ME, scales are not very useful,TO ME.
Example, I ate when I got home last night, between 12:45 ans 2;45 I ate stuff, logging in my calorie in take macros, I should also add int he weight of how much food I ate, easy enough weight myself then hold the food in my hands and weigh again... I might start doing that, OK back to it again. I weighed 175,then I sat down....got back up and weighed again, 174, magic seat! I tried again , nope still the same, darn. The point is, you eat right? that stuff weighs something, it goes in your weight goes up, Viola'!!! Even if you're just trying to lose weight, your measurements will go down, your weight will fluctuate severely to the point of in most cases failure to continue sadly for most.I truly wish nothing but the best for each of you here to achieve your goals, but rethink the norm, don;t be a sheep be a WOLF or an aardvark, those things are pretty cool too! But don;t follow the herd, Guys measure your bod's and keep track of it, gal's measure your bod's and your pants,dress sizes. OR if you insist scales are the tool of the weight loss gods, weigh before and after "you sit". My 2 cents,I'll spend it where and how I please. ;)

It's in my theory that I am losing fat, due to the HIIT I added to my workouts, as I am lifting more weight every day I lift. ANd I hadda gig last night and saw people I had not seen since mid January and they all said *##* dude you're getting *#*#$%^^&*(!) ripped up! So, that's a good thing.
Fat loss with no muscle gain would mean I'm looking more like this,...
*##* dude!? sell me a bump ^^%^&##*(!), I know you're holdin'...

OK enough of that, I'm a little bored today, I had a gig last night, a bar gig I have not had one of those in at least 3 years, but it was fun to play a small place and get personal with the crowd for a change.
I usually sing and move kick jump under my own body weight last night however
I sang some but mostly played heavy guitars it was rock so we did the power stance kicked and jumped a bit and lest not forget the awesome low playing power split YEAH! well, I am sore as #$%^&*(!) well my inner thighs are almost in tears when I walk, so, I'm skipping the gym today and just doing pull ups at home , nothing below the belt that engages the hips or legs as they are Toast burnt toast can't even scrape it with a spoon much less a butter knife burnt dog won't even eat it burnt. WOOO GO COFFEE! I don;t usually drink that stuff however I started, to suppress my appetite, IT WORKS! SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TOO: gibberish typing, rambling on and on, over thinking, heightened libido,over sharing, sudden movements, and creative bursts of artistic expression.

Where was I going again? WOOOOO COFFEE!
HIIT burns fat,PERIOD!!! once again, HIIT burns fat!!!
I know my body and I'm pretty sure my lost pound is attributed to HIIT as my muscles are getting harder and bigger and the fat around them is going away, slooowly, the pisser is my belly fat ,yes that tube around the lower belly and back, will be the last thing to go,sucks too Because I want it to go first, just like you, double chin, gone! moobs, gone! arm wings,eh, gettin gone! legs HA! I've always had strong ripped leg muscles, they are now back OMG, I'm In hella pain right now. LOL rambling again.

WHAT I'M DOING:
WARNING! THIS WORKS FOR ME AND FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE,THIS IS NOT MY DISCOVERY AND THIS INFORMATION MAY BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR CURRENT DIET,WAY OF EATING AND OR LIFE STYLE! TRY IF YOU WANT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I follow my macros fairly well. I eat whatever I want as long as I don't blow that deficit. I drink beer,booze and eat whatever I feel like having.
And I've lost a pound? THERE IS MORE TO THIS WEIGHT LOSS SCIENCE THAN WE ARE LED TO BELIEVE ,BELIEVE THAT.
OK,JUST LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT DO THIS..
I get up whenever I do, I don't eat, I drink 1-2 bottled waters, I skip breakfast, I ad the time I stopped eating the night before up in hours of my fasting window, I then add 4 to 6 more hours to that window, sometimes between 12-16 hrs TOTAL. If I get hungry before the 10 hr mark, I drink this: a large cup of strong dark roast coffee with tbs of pure coconut oil, cayenne,cinnamon oil 1 TBS apple cider vinegar in it blended well.
( this is my recipe, others just do black coffee or with Coconut oil/butter)
That will push me well into the evening, IF hunger is still there I will have another coffee w/o coconut oil this time or eat a piece of fruit, yes fruit sugary sweet fruit, apple banana or pink grapefruit. that will tied me over until dinner or my first meal, then I eat whatever I want adding up my macros calorie intake ,I'm quite shy of my total intake every time I reach satisfaction (not total fullness just ah, I'm good, box please) So, I wait a couple hours later and eat again adding that to my count, still shy, so before bed I eat again and get this, it's usually fried potatoes, Or a beer or 4 as long as I DON'T BLOW MY CALORIC INTAKE MACROS ,all carbs,fats usually
as I like to take a tbs of coconut oil before bed as it has been proven to burn fat, and It does! OK, I know this is preposterous sacrilege and I should burned at the steak ,mmmmsteak yeah, later...

But THIS is what is working for me so far. just sharing my stuff because life is to short to drink bad wine and eat nasty foods in my world so I wanted a better way to lose weight and gain muscle...
I started out eating this instead, with results in the + but I was not happy to eat it, and lied to myself telling myself mm this is good , it's eh at best.
4oz chicken 1 cup rice no fats! every 2.5 hours 5-6 times day, subbing out different flavorless meats and carb based foods along the way, but still no fats? you need fats! Or your hair will fall out, so I'm told, not that I believe that 100% but it's a good reason to eat some fats right?! lol
One more thing, Flush! lift the seat guys or put it down girls and flush! flush your system the fat the toxins, WATER WATER WATER WATER, DRINK IT! LOTS OF IT! FLUSH! I drink at least 8 to 10 bottles of water a day alone.celery speeds up the flushing! FYI ;)
Bottom line is:
Do your own research I have done at least 2 months worth of my own and hey, if it works it works right? Well, yeah...

I seriously was laughing my ass off through this... I I would comment on everything but we'd be here for 5,000 years and I just don't have that kinda time... my baby is a demanding little man. and I still gotta put the cute bugger to sleep.... thanks for the laugh... I don't so it often enough
