Kenysb's Journal, 11 February 2016

Well, I hired a personal trainer. After three days of intense workouts with her I get a few days of rest from her, but off to work for the next 6 I go. I can honestly say that I am dreading going to work. It's the end of the week and I am pretty sure that the hospital is quite full with the snowbirds being down here and all.
I am feeling a little depressed today. My husband and I are having some difficulties, but like most of our problems this too shall pass. His words really make me doubt myself. It's just not cool. I really feel that today I just need something. Something to keep me motivated. A word? A feeling? I don't know. Lord please give me the strength that I need today and moving forward.
Sigh.

You are wonderful, you are trying hard, you have a very important and responsible job, you are raising FOUR people, and you only have to get through today. {{{hugs}}}

No matter WHAT happens, DO NOT GIVE UP!!! You are worth this fight! As you said, this too shall pass. With each battle won, your strength and endurance will grow, and your confidence will make you look back at each accomplishment and smile and say "I DID IT!!!" I believe in you. KEEP AT IT!

Kenysb, good for you for hiring a personal trainer!! I'm sure she will help you reach your goals, and know that in just the three days you have worked out, you have gotten even closer to your goal!! Yay!! Never doubt yourself, you know what you want/need better than anyone else.. Keep going, keep your head up and listen to your inner voice.. that is where your happiness is.. and I have no doubt the Lord will give you that strength you are looking for today.. Smile.. :)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. proverbs 3:5-6

Thank you all for your support. You have no idea how appreciative I am of you. I look in the mirror and remind myself that I am worth this. My husband and I have resolved our issue and we have moved on. We are strong and so am I. I haven't cheated on my woe and I can see small changes. Can't wait to see my trainer on Thursday. I miss her and sweating my butt off! :D thank you again everyone! Keep on keeping on!
