TXSnowman's Journal, 11 February 2016

Well, I guess yesterday's weigh-in was up due to water weight fluctuation. Today, I'm back down where I was a week ago. So that is a pleasant surprise. Still fighting the bronchitis. I can't say that I'm winning, but I think that I've fought it to a stalemate so far. Nebulizing with albuterol sulfate and using Dayquil and Nyquil are keeping it under control enough for me to work and still have enough energy for a morning walk with the dog (got up to 4 miles this a.m.). Hard to sleep at night, because the lungs and nasal passages get clogged. I just need to survive another week or so of this annual craziness at work and things should taper off a little. Best wishes to all.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 125.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Careful with the bronchitis. I ended up on some pretty strong antibiotics years back trying to get it under control. Good luck!
