Was away at a conference for 3 days and ate whatever I felt like. I know I gained but I'm not freaking out because that won't help. Oatmeal for breakfast and a boiled egg. Green tea w/o sweetner. I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill last night and plan to work out tonight.

I listened to Lisa Nichols motivational speaker while I walked.
Convenient and Commitment don't exist on the same street! is the takeaway. I'm going to print that on post-its and put up so I can remember and be inspired to get out of my comfort zone. That's the way to make lasting changes.
