Finally my weight is going in the right direction. Keeping track of food, eating enough good fats and fiber and getting back to the gym are what is helping, I think. In any case, I am very encouraged! Yay!
137.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
