Back from a cruise holiday and getting back to the routine. I was amazed at the amount of food people ate on the ship. I got excited by a couple of the desserts but in the end they were more pretty than satisfying so I ended up wasting some food. I indulged a few times but I never overindulged. Not even once. I had my overweight out of shape sister doing stairs, stationary bike, morning stretch class, and walking everywhere. We went at her pace but we never hired a taxi in land or skipped anything due to her tiredness.
