Anyone else in a rut for healthy but quick weeknight meals? Kids trying hard not to complain about the same handful of meals over and over again (but you can see the looks on their faces)? I'm really enjoying the Fresh Food Superfast cookbook from Cooking Light. Lots of family-pleasing meals and almost every entree recipe is paired with a veggie or other side dish. Menu planning just got an upgrade at our house.
