It is a shame my weight hasn't continued to drop like it did in January....oh well it was fun while it lasted.

The rest of this month is all about damage control....with celebrations and a week away I am just going to try and maintain....will keep movement up and be mindful of what I am eating and hope I don't take steps back....

We are off on the 20th to Devon...I can't wait. Between then we have a fish and chip meal with friends and then valentines and I plan on a no calorie counting day :)
