well i am starting to think I set my weight loss goal too low.....What will happen if i don't change it....does it keep logging less after you reach your goal...or if i change the goal do i lose also what i have gain in the history. I may be only 1 or two weeks at the most before i have to decide the next course of action. don't get me wrong i am very happy with the loss....25 years in the making and 4 weeks in the losing is fabulous. LCHF was my game...So happy with this eating style....never weak or hungry...I jump on that scale every day for the good news....this diet has never disappointed me yet..after the first week on this it seems like a natural...I will never go back to being a carb junkie like i was before...i was under such bondage with carbs...could not even go to bed at night with out a fix...It's really true you lose your taste for sugar and carbs..I have some beautiful chocolate bars in the fridge w/nuts, saving for myself. i gave to my wife....i never did that before. Monday she will start the blood diet...she was successful 3 years ago and dat da one she wants. Cost me $50 for 6 months. this site is free...i will not complain though. if it works it's worth it. my weight loss has inspired the whole family to do some thing...i only wish others can see the value in LCHF. it takes a couple days to adjust to it....but give it a week or two for the body adjust and it's no looking back....even if your health has no issues of course. i am 72 next month. who said old people can't lose weight...i use to believe that.

What happens if i make my goal and i don't change any thing...does it just keeps on going?

When you get close to goal or under your progress line turns blue. Other than that nothing changes. If you wish to lower your goal weight you can, your progress line will go back to red at first then move through the colors as you lose more weight.

Yo Fred, when you say low carb you reallly mean it! Those carb stats are very impressive, how do you find it on the bike, no lack of energy at all??

hi nervo welcome my buddy...my energy is as high as always...except less cargo to carry around....just got back from a hard bicycle ride of 1 1/2 hours....feeling great....most diets it tried i gained weight on them. really! this is the first one that is working for me...I have been on this FS site about a month...i read many of the post to study what was working....one guy kinda caught my eye (philmck) I studied his food log and started to copy what he was doing....and lo and behold my weight start to come off. I wasn't hungry at all..now have lost my taste for carbs & sweets also....as of this day i have lost 14 lbs. this is unbelievable for me. phil has probably inspired many people ( i never told him i did this hope he doesn't mind when he reads this) Please don't under estimate this LCHF diet...it is powerful and sure i will never go back to the old way...maybe later i will incorporate more carbs slowly back but I will be watching how they react on me. this in not a diet for every body cause there is many sensitive people out the that is skeptical. just have open mind...cause if you keep doing what you are still doing you will get what you have been getting...does that make since too you?...Glad i tried it...i set my weight loss too low because i did not believe i could even lose 20lbs...i will go for an extra 20lbs now.
