FIRST WEEK OF NEW PLAN

Monday's weigh-in results: down 2 pounds. This may not sound spectacular but I've been in a stall - so for me, 2 lbs in one week is fantastic.

But still so much work to do - hate the dreaded Muffin Top along with its faithful companion, Back Fat. They have got to go.

Just remember, it's recommended that you only lose 1/2 to 3 lbs a week, unless you are being supervised by doctors (like on Biggest Loser). The faster you take it off the more likely it is to come back if you aren't extremely careful, so 2 lbs a week is wonderful :) Just remember, "slow and steady wins the race" :D best of luck! 
So your body just needed a kick in the pants... thats awesome now if mine would cooperate we could be on a roll! Congrats on the 2 pounds!

Oh I am sure now that my meds have been changed and are regulating (by 3 weeks I should be good) and some of my stress is gone perhaps my body will be like "Oh HAI how ya doin?" if not thats ok I know things are changing!

Buffy - 2lbs in one week, I'd be doing flip flops ! Your weight loss according to your diary is great consistent weight loss. Look at mine, I'm up... down... up... down... don't think I have the will power that you seem to have... GREAT JOB. keep it up !

Notfast - I am very grateful for the 2 pounds. There has been more than one week where I messed up. After a while the routine will come to you.
