Poor eating equals a gain this week. My fault but only I can fix it! Appears the end of the no booze for January bit me in the butt because I let it. Will fix this!
178.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
