really freaking bad week for weight loss effort
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you're up .4.... I wouldn't say that's really bad... just a slight stall. now you see the problem and can fix it.. see all positives :D
