OK so today was pretty much a complete fail in terms of food... I planned to have snacks for lunch cos I had a movie day with a friend, but then the bad habit just kept going and once I started the bag of chips I just decided to give up! I have to remember that it's kinda like a slippery slope like that.
Still, it was a good exercise day - pushed through two classes despite being sore from body pump on Monday.
Back to healthy eating tomorrow or I'll become malnourished! Not many nutrients in a fruit chew... :P
