I have to report my weigh-in from a different scales and fully clothed at the end of the day including my sneakers. Not the best situation, but will strive for better results next week 🚗🍤🍷
251.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
