ONE_DER_LAND is in sight Ya'all:):):)

6 more pounds and I hit my first goal weight!!! That would be to hit 200 pounds, and I've not been below 200 pounds for a good 15 years. I swear I'll lock myself in a sauna for 12 hours the last day of the month and sweat out the last pound if I have to! It's totally doable to lose 6 pounds in 20 days. I need to stay committed and focused...Although, I also don't want to get down on myself if I weight say 201 on the last day of the month. isn't it important to celebrate our wins? But, yeah, I really, really want it.

206.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm a new resident of ONEderland myself! Haven't seen that side of the scales for....yep, about 15 years. That was my first goal --- now, 48 lbs yet to go!

You can do it but celebrate any loss. For me I wouldn't make it I loose so slow but I take what I can get and we all move at a different pace. Good Luck.
