Burrr A cold day. the temp is moderate, but the winds make it feel like 20 degrees. So far so good today, my carb count is low, my calories are low and all is well. I do just fine as long as I am fixing my own meals and not tempted by high carb foods like sweets and breads. Oprah says she can have bread, but I am not going for it. It sets off a craving that I can't turn down. Cake is hard on my will power too. I am going to hang in there and make the most of the rest of the week. My weekend didn't go as well as I planned.
