I had dinner at a friend's house last night. Amazing cook! Teriyaki chicken and broccoli cheddar chicken and rice with a screwdriver as selected beverage. Ugh! Not on my approved list but I'm allowed a cheat day,lol.
118.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
