Starting my day with a plan! Unfortunately that plan revolves around movement in all ways today if you catch my drift.Feel like I have a rock in my gut. So starting the day with a big ole healthy portion of greens in an omelet and no cheese today at all! Revamping the diet for the next 3 days. No sugar free jello,whipped topping, watching the sodium count . Watering it up because I'm feeling bloated. The fingers feel like sausage links today lol. I got a plan! No stall foods at all and exercising early. Everyone have a productive day!

now I have to google banting lol but the diet works for me it depends on how much sugars, dairy are part of my daily whether its 1 lb or more a week. 3 months in Im not 100% sure what will work I may go back to basics or just tweak when I see a slow down as I am doing for the next 3 days
