Lasted 21 days of 28 day cleanse. Good points: not drinking coffee and don't really like wine that much any more. I think I have a definite lactose issue, so I'm switching to goat cheeses and lactose free alternatives. Bad points: The Bragg apple cider is horrible (can't do that anymore). Lost 6 lbs, gained 2 back in two days. I'm doing a low carb diet, higher protein diet for February, and see if that will continue the weight loss.
