Sunday has become my binge day so it seems. Couldn't be bothered putting extra food I ate yesterday but all up was definitely around 3000 cal. Had a small IBS flare up, but that only happened because I didn't stick to my veg and fruit digestion rule. Not too worried about the extra food. Was all very healthy. Shall keep my cals for the rest of the week low and watch if any weight change. Interested to see what happens. Perhaps my body needs it once a week.
