Week Four of 2016


Plan for 2016
- Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. To be seen
- No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Met!
- Veggies with every dinner. Almost!
- No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). To be seen


...this past week has been a blur, and I honestly don't recall much of what the work week looked like outside of 'busy'. TOM threw off my moods something terrible (crying jags, apathy, depression...).

Had a get together with friends last night where I had 2.5 hard ciders, so no more booze for me until the end of the month if I plan to hit that goal. The veggies w/ dinner is an 'almost' because we did sushi last night, and I don't think the bit of seaweed counts.

175.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
