Yesterday was my busiest non-work day yet, and it was awesome! (Although I do feel a teensy bit guilty for promising some students I would get a lot of grading done Saturday and Sunday, and it seems that exactly 0% of that will actually happen...)

I went to the gym, but I had to stop Zumba after 15 minutes because I was suffering symptoms of caffeine withdrawal from the day before -- and I only drink 8 oz a day! I guess it's the regularity, not the amount. So I did easy treadmill and moderate weights instead.

Then I went to the bank and got some cash.

Then I went to the discount bread store, where everything I bought (name brand!) was $1.

Then I made my 3rd batch of whole grain waffles with my birthday/Christmas present, and they are the best yet!!

Then I spent 90 min at the library and brought some goodies home with me.

Then, after perusing one of my library finds, I enjoyed some "quality time" with my DH and fell asleep. (Which explains why my dinner was dark choc and pecan liqueur. I meant to eat some asparagus and eggs -- really!)
