Okay, I have decided to get back on track. Good for me. This past weekend I went and bought a Fit-Bit tracker. I love it. Unfortunately, I had to recharge it already and lost the steps I had taken. But that is okay. I did eat out more this week than I had planned on. So we shall see how the weigh in goes on Wednesday. Back to healthy eating by logging in.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
