Hit a problem with my new exercise routine. Even though I'm not stressing my left lower back/leg as much as my walks used to...I'm still apparently aggravating the sciatic nerve enough to put me in pain. At this point, until I can afford to see my doctor (damned new insurance and waiting periods), I'll only exercise when I don't feel any kind of pain (and I'll have to be VERY careful of all of them). And, if I put myself back into feeling pain, I'll have to lay off it until the pain goes away. (*That's* currently what I'm doing now, after a Thursday in-chair and marching about workout). This getting old is SHIT. >.<
