I guess today was an unofficial re-feed day, eating almost 1300 cals more than usual... and I was not binge eating! Ate the market salad for supper but 15 minutes later my body said I needed more... so ate a turkey sandwich... an hour lster my body said eat more! So on to a peanut butter, raisin and honey sandwich! An hour later it was half of a honey sandwich (just a smackeral for you winnie the pooh fans). That finally satiated me, just in time for the debates, and now off to bed. Anxious to see what my body does with all those cals tonight!

So maybe it was not a refeed... started getting a sore throat and drainage the next day... and ate 3900 calories! (Feed a cold?) Guess I picked up a bug when I went for collarbone xrays. First bug my system could not fight off in 2 years since I started. Still. Weighed this afternoon... 178 lbs! I will have to wait a couple daysto officially weigh.

What did you go run a marathon? I know I et days like that, I am starved all day

Nope... have not done any exercise since tripping last Monday and separating the shoulder/chipped collarbone. I am guessing my body needed more energy to fight off this bug? IDK Odd thing is, when I fell, I landed on the shoulder/backside of my left tricep. I had been rubbing my left pec muscles over the last few days, thinking they were tightening up due to the shoulder swelling. After yesterdays shower, I noticed a nice 2 inch wide, 6 inch long yellow bruise running up and down my pec from the shoulder AC joint. Weird in that the blow was on the backside of the shoulder.

Ouch, I know I broke my collar bone playing football years ago and the coach ask can you move it above your head I could and he put me back in played another 30 minutes in pain not knowing it was broke for anther 6 hours.

yeah... must have been adrenaline! same as me finishing the last 15 minutes of my run in record time (even after walking 2 minutes), only to realize the shoulder was tightening up and hurting during the 5 minute cool down walk.
