After gaining last week I thought I would try the Military Diet and get a jump start on my weight... When I got on the scale this a.m I learned that I was exactly where I started at the end of all that "starving" myself. I was too weak to exercise which was required in order to see great results so I can't say that I am at all surprised.
I didn't cheat. It sort of felt like fasten (mind control got me thru it). I'm now going to go back to a low carb diet and incorporate exercise intervals. I have a few social engagements this weekend. My goal is to not overdue it
