It has been a few days since my last weigh in. I haven't followed my diet very well at all this last week. My work schedule does not work well with my S/O's schedule, so we pretty much just picked up fast food or gas station food when we had to all week. Made for a lot of wasted calories in my diet. It's a good thing my work is physically demanding, otherwise I'm sure would have gained weight this week instead of lost any. Oh well, it's time to get back on track.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
