Going on vacation out of country for awhile. Will mentally try to watch what I eat and not over eat. It will be difficult, but not impossible to NOT over eat. This is a test in a way. I will not be recording during this time. I will also want to exercise regularly. I feel determined at this time. Must continue to be determined. It will be interesting to see how I do.
