Happy not to have put weight on this week. A week with my birthday in it and I had my sinus problem flare up. So all in all I'm over the moon. Stay positive guys and onwards and downwards!
247.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
