I'm going to therapist today, PCP on Monday. Stopped taking one of the depression meds yesterday. Increased appetite and emotional eating, bad food choices. I will not hit 300 again. I will do better today than yesterday. Have a good weekend.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
