Day 13 - wow is that possible? 3 more days and I made it through this challenge. Went out last night to hockey game - friends had pizza - I had water - ate before I went out and was really fine - had fun. Just need to stick with it long enough that I'm in a routine and liking it. This weekend will be challenging with super bowl parties and friends in town.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
