Juices consumed: 1000 ml green vegetables, 750 ml tomato, 1000 ml orange/lemon (all home made using fresh ingredients).
In addition I had about 2500 ml water, mostly as fruit tea.
I experienced a minor headache and felt dehydrated(!).
We went downhill skiing in the evening with my family for a couple of hours.
My energy level is on "normal" level, although I work about 8 hours in the office as usual.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
