Went out running errands with my wife and daughter yesterday. We debated where to eat. Thankfully she just wanted to pick up her carbs and sugar and take it home because if we had gone to the Chinese buffet like she originally wanted I was feeling kind of weak yesterday and might have indulged in lo mein, which would have led to egg rolls, which would have led to lord knows what. I ended up eating the toppings off of half a Little Ceasers $5 hot and ready pepperoni, probably a little too saucy, but still well within my carb limits. I'm glad you posted this, Jm, I dodged the bullet yesterday and it's totally on my mind to stay on-plan today!

Thanks for giving me permission! Lol. I had no idea there was such a thing. I will stay on the wagon for a few weeks. I wish the same for you.

@Phil I had a recent situation like this too. My daughter has braces and any parent knows they effin sux! so as a treat every 10 weeks i let her get a happy meal and a shake.. as she doesn't eat much the next few days due to pain. With that said I was hungry and god damn those fries smelled good! I stayed vigilant but there was a small part of me that was bargaining with the devil.. lol

Two weeks ago the gym was packed...last week the 36" of snow did them in...a few days after the snow I made my way to the gym, only the regulars were there, it was great. This week, snow is not an issue...again, just the regulars with a few new people.

Really? I did notice I am getting impatient but this means its time to dig in our heels and get mad! I am at a low so I am going to focus on a weight goal minus 2 pounds.

Hmmm,I think I'll ride this one a little longer, giddyup!!

Mahjohn. Nice of them to subsidize you so the rates don't go up too much. I imagine a lot of regulars plan on those two weeks after New Year to deload. @Suzy. Write it off as experience and keep on going. Let's face it people, we own that wagon!

Sad that it only takes 4 days for the average jane & joe to lose willpower. So I'd like to tip my hat to all my FS buddies that can review their January 2015 weight and compare it to today's Scale reading and can proudly say that they are a gazillion pounds lighter, stronger, and more powerful than any addiction.
