I have been stuck, working out and seam to be stuck in the 155 area. I am no longer really motivated as weight and cardio are not paying off at all. I work out 5 times a week and still nothing, even with calorie counting and eating healthier. What gives? I will keep trying but not really into it any longer.

You know, I have heard that a day of fasting can help to cleanse the system as long as you keep hydrated but I am nooooooooooooo expert. But I can understand your frustration. I would be totally pissy about it if I worked out as much and hard as you seem to!

Thanks. I am not sure I could fast, but might try it some day when I feel strong enough to.
