Loving the support, 12 week challenge is a food and exercise plan, you take measurements of your body and stay off the scales (well that doesn't happen as I have to weigh into this once often ;-)). Pretty much cutting out carbs after lunch and increasing good proteins. Did it last year and lost 8.5kg and 27 cm from all over me body. Went from size 14 jeans to size 11. I really just like the feeling of energy the food gives me :-)
