You have to build muscle tone at the same time, and if you stick to 2 pounds a week loss you will be less flabby too. I would think that Jenny Craig Diet plan has a lot of experience with the best way to lose so follow what they say! Good Luck!

Losing too fast, can make you more flabby. It depends on many things such as age, amount lost, and your exercise. It can take up to a year or more for your skins elasticity to go back after you have lost all the weight. The best way is to lose at a slower rate, do some form of cardio (as often as you can) and strength train (helps you lose fat and build muscle). Measure yourself so you can see progress even when the scale doesn't move. Good luck!

another key to avoiding the flab is moisture. The best way I moisturize is while still dripping wet from the shower, apply baby oil & air dry. It seals into your skin 10 times more moisture than regular towel drying then applying, and you are never ashy. Drink water, as much as you can, and exercise. I dont know you, but i'm proud of the work you have done in such a short amount of time. Way to go girl!!
