I screwed up a little last night.

Did a little early celebrating for achieving my weight loss goal for January. I was doing fine with my calories and exercise prior to dinner. During dinner, I had a glass of wine. Then came the second, then came the third, and the last drink was a splash of vodka in Cranberry juice. Old habits are hard to die. This one however, must die. I will succeed. Tomorrow is my weigh in and if I don't make my number, I will make it next week. That's it PERIOD! I am a not a winner. I am a looser of weight! This is my story and I am sticking to it.

if you try to eat healthy the rest of your life . you will fail. it is ok to have some booze, or a sweet a couple times a week, eating healthy all the time obssessing over your weight will just make you binge one day down the road

Don't worry about it Ches, just get right back on plan. I find that just cutting back on calories for a day or two, watching carbs and drinking lots of water takes care of a little excess alcohol.

15000 steps today will also sure help to take care of it! I just realized I left my fitbit at home plugged into the charger.

Chez, you should have a bit more than that to start the day. I learned that the hard way.

Tuning out all the noise. Keeping my eyes on the prize. 14,277 steps logged and I will surpass my 15,000 goal with 2 more hours remaining in the office. Taking it to a new level and raising that goal to 20,000 before the end of day. I will watch something while on the treadmill tonight 50 minutes top. All these steps were easy. There was no jogging, no running. Corporate casual is my attire. When I get home, I will change into true workout clothes, however, I am not over the Bronchitis fully and hope I can start jogging, sprinting again next week.

Only ate 1022 calories or 57% of my 1800 RDI for the day and I am stuffed, really. Didn't do 50 minutes on the treadmill because I squeezed in .75 more miles on the way to my commuter van before heading home a few hours back. After looking down at my Fitbit and seeing over 21,996 steps, I pulled the plug. SPENT!!! The warrior needs rest. Now sitting with wife watching The Colony enjoying my Polar Seltzer wishing it was a COLD beer. I will make you guys proud. I mean it.
