I did not log any food yesterday, too busy. The only real meal was my breakfast and then it was just some in between... but no forbidden food *lol* so I don't worry about it too much. Still, I need to keep on logging food since I have the tendency to overeat and even though everyone says you don't need to watch your calories on LC I do. I went extensive shopping but did not get enough steps in. Need to change that today. It looks like the weather is going to be decent, sunny, and around 47F. I am longing for some walking along water... though surrounded by water, to the west the Connecticut River, to the south the Long Island Sound, it is not so easy to find a trail etc. Or maybe it is just me still not knowing the area well enough. Looks to me all along the CT river is private property.... something I am still not used to. Shouldn't at least a path be open to the public? Oh well, I will manage. But it has to be some big body of water, the small brooks in the preserves surrounding me won't do it :-)
