I made the decision to take my fitbit off today. I have had this fitbit for about a year now, and have worn it for a better part of the year but in the last couple weeks it has caused me to break out in a rash. I have tried taking it off at night, alternating left/right wrists, wearing it more loosely, and I clean it daily so I really don't know what gives. I had it on all day yesterday then last night my wrist broke out in an itchy swollen rash. I took it off for the night and when I put it back on this morning the return of the swollen itchies was almost instantaneous. My husband will be calling the company in the next couple days to see about a replacement. My wrist feels naked.

Other than that all is well here. I'm enjoying my weekend off. My mom has invited us over for taco's tonight, dun dun dunnnn. But should be alright, I'll have my corn tortillas heated in a hot pan rather than deep fried and do my absolute best for portion control. I weigh in on Monday, and that will be my first weight for February so that will motivate my good eating tonight I'm sure. NO DRINKING. That's the rule. Drinking = eating... every time.

Drinking = eating, yes it does, I just did it tonight... I think I just blew my chances of a good weigh in on Monday 😞 Hope you stick to your resolve!

I use fitbit one so I can just put it in my pocket! I have an allergy to black rubber mix and a bunch of other stuff, so I don't trust the bands. The fitbit one is pretty cheap, and doesn't come in contact with my skin, so it's a better option for me. Good luck with your weight loss journey!
