long time, no record, I have not been well....I have had the worst bout of I.B.S in a while. that bad I ended up taking the suggestion of everyone around me going to the hospital emergency department.
I don't like blood tests, so imagine my thoughts when I had to have a drip put into my hand to replace lost fluid.
I had been that sick that I let them put the drip in with out too much bother, other than making sure they took the precautions for a whimp like me. they even gave me a lemonade icy pole because "I was a good girl"

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 January 2016:
2700 kcal Fat: 117.82g | Prot: 90.56g | Carb: 317.78g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Low Fat Milk, Tomatoes, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg with Cheese. Lunch: Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Sandwich Mayo, Chicken Breast, Bega Tasty Cheese Slices, Devondale Extra Soft Butter, White Bread, Schweppes Lemonade (Can), Water. Dinner: Fountain BBQ Sauce, Edgell Instant Mash, Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Corn, Peas & Green Beans Mix, Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: Thins Original Thin & Crispy Potato Chips, Schweppes Lemonade (Can), Water, Rich Ice Cream (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Vanilla Ice Creams, Wild Berries, Bananas. more...

hey fellow buddy, yep I am back on track just took a few days off. was not well last week but all is good, when I do my journal I will be celebrating my health, blood and cardio echogram I had, all test came back with mainly good results. I have a bit of thickening of the heart arteries and the liver and kidney levels were a bit high, the doc said it was fatty liver, but other than that I had a good report, the doc knows I want to lose weight so the fatty liver is not too much of a worry.........thank you for checking in with me ((hugs))
