The names Lynette. I have 2 children and 1 husband LOL. Well just to let you know today is the 08 Sep 2011. I am on a weight loss journey and I am finding it very hard, because I know I want to see the results straight away and I know I have to be patient and keep my head down and butt up working on losing weight.

Last Thursay 1 Sep 2011, me and a group of friends decided we'll do a Biggest Loser comp, since summer is just around the corner, we all have been doing our own individual workouts and what not, but thought it would be better to get that support from each other and motivation.

So I started and weighed myself in at 105.4kgs I almost cried and was so embarrassed to show my husband the lil piece of paper with the kgs written on it. I started eating healthy "Tried" and still am doing it till this day, been walking everyday, making 10,000 steps my target. And every day I reach it or I'll go over the target, which is good.

Today we weigh in again, and do our group workout. I am scared that I might have not lost anything at all, that it might just put me off all the healthy eating and exercising that I am doing.

My goal weight is 76kgs I have never been this size since I was in college and so many tell me that I can never go back to that size because of my age, I want to prove them wrong, and show them that I can. Another thing that is pushing me is that feeling of not being attractive to your husband, because we never get that intimacy time like we use to have before I had that kids, and I just feel like he's put off with my body. So I just want to do this to make me feel good about myself and also to show all the critters that no matter how old you are you can still get that college body you once had. :)

Believing in myself and visualizing myself is all I need!!
