It's been about a week now following LCHF, I've faithfully given up all processed foods, sugar, artificial sweeteners and grain products. Basically doing Diet Doctors plan. I feel good, have no cravings and don't miss any of the junk food. The last two days I've not had to take any insulin with my meals and last night I cut my Lantus down from 50 units to 40 units. For me this is a great start to getting my health back.
I really appreciate the feedback and support from this site, and hope I can be an encouragement to others in the future.
