Next paycheck, I'm signing up for a 5k. it's my new motivation to be able to run/jog/walk well enough by mid March. Just setting up that goal has really given me something to work towards that isn't just a "lose weight" goal. Plus I'm going to design our own team shirts for my family, so that's my next creative goal as well. :)
