didnt work out at all yesterday and ate one to many bananas but it could be worse right? MY lower back was killing me and I had to work on my day off and DH wanted me to rest. Today too, he's off and didn't want me to go to gym at 5am .. and I get it. I needed it anyway. Today I plan to just do some walking on the treadmill to ease back into it and then tomorrow Im off, Ill hit it full force. I just hate feeling so weak and in pain but I know if I dont rest it could result in an injury. And bananas, well who knows, I just wanted one LOL .. and then another. I know better and it may bite me in ass later but oh well.. fruits not that bad and I was feeling sorry for myself. Today is a new day and Im gonna push thru it and looking forward to my day off tomorrow. Cheers every one !
