didnt work out at all yesterday and ate one to many bananas but it could be worse right? MY lower back was killing me and I had to work on my day off and DH wanted me to rest. Today too, he's off and didn't want me to go to gym at 5am .. and I get it. I needed it anyway. Today I plan to just do some walking on the treadmill to ease back into it and then tomorrow Im off, Ill hit it full force. I just hate feeling so weak and in pain but I know if I dont rest it could result in an injury. And bananas, well who knows, I just wanted one LOL .. and then another. I know better and it may bite me in ass later but oh well.. fruits not that bad and I was feeling sorry for myself. Today is a new day and Im gonna push thru it and looking forward to my day off tomorrow. Cheers every one !

Sometimes lower back pain is a result of super tight hamstrings...try gently stretching everything out today and hope for the best. You are going wonderfully!

Take care of yourself don't be like me and in pain 24/7 365. Bananas are good for you as long as it is not the whole bunch at one shot. Yes we all work through the pain just be wise about it :)

Recovery days are necessary and should be part of your workout schedule :)

It's not like you had one too many burritos or burgers - wouldn't kick yourself over the banana. Since adding fruit back in, you've dropped into the 150's, so it's a healthy success in my book.

Cheers to you too! Resting the body and good sleep are as important as exercising. Some stretching and an epsom salt bath might help the back ache.

A banana is less Carbs then a snickers bar anyway . Right !! it could of been worse .

bananas will spike your sugar and make you feel yucky. I learned the hard way
