I LOVE the Beachbody container system that was first introduced with Beachbody's "21 Day Fix" fitness and nutrition program. It is a VERY effective way to achieve the macronutrient percentages of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Not only do I hit my macronutrients, but I also hit the recommended 20 grams of fiber a day, and because I'm not on a low carb regime, I have energy to do my workouts! The great thing about the container system is you can do it anytime (you don't have to be doing 21 day fix). I ordered the Fixate cookbook and a set of containers for both my sister and I. This was a great way to explore, share, and collaborate on a new way to manage our nutrition and reel in the one aspect of our journey that seems to go off course.
