Surgery November 13, 2015. Gained 9 pounds. Got up to 209 on Dr. Wood's scale. Started dieting December 7. Lost 11 pounds on Dr. Wood's scale by January 11, 2016 appointment. Per my scale (Aria) I am now at 191.2 which is a total loss since gaining after surgery of: 17.8 pounds :)
