MY WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGY:
Hopefully, putting it down in writing will help me stick to it. It always helps to have something down in black & white to refer back to.
1) Calorie goal = 1200-1500 2) Get plenty of fiber 3) Eat foods, especially carbs, from the Low Glycemic Index 4) Eat lean proteins and limit amount of red meat 5) Eat several vegetarian meals each week 6) Fruits are my new sweets! 7) Get off my rear; AT LEAST 30 minutes exercise per day! 8) Drink plenty of water!
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to read them.
