Been slacking on my journal & food entries the last week or so, but have been keeping track mentally in my head daily & managed to lose 1 more lb....not bad considering it was just labor day weekend!
212.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
