I didn't lose again this week but I kept on exercising. I should stay focus with my diet.
Here's my numbers this past week:
Tues-6564 steps, 2.48 mi, 262 cal.
Wed-6178 steps, 2.15 mi., 214 cal.
Thur-8840 steps, 3.23 mi., 243 cal.
Sun-4957 steps, 1.85 mi., 179 cal.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
